I have developed so many products using Arduino IDE as Programming environment as well I preferred both.. without bootloader hex files and as well with bootloader hex files...

Only the thing is in industrial environment you must have good enough power supply source, extraordinary precautions for noise, emf, loose wirings, current capability of tracks of PCBs, upto mark use of necessary filters, components etc.

@Suhailjr But I think since it's not a plug and plug play system and it will laying on the PCB for the long term, it might be fine. for me, it's similar to the Intel Edison and the PICO-IMX7 System-on-Module

After reinstalling the portenta board file and restarting the computer, solved the problem.

@salmanfaris I am using Arduino UNO as ISP programmer.(General ISP connections are made). I used both Arduino IDE and also avrdude command line to burn the bootloader. @salmanfaris I mainly did this project by following two tutorials in youtube its link is mentioned in my channel.Basically it runs with the help of visual studio code and pycharm.Pycharm is used to detect the hand movement and with the helpm of autopy we move the mouse.By serial port cmmunication we can send the x,ycoordinates in to the arduino and move the servo
