Hi @vipin-i-v . Are you planning to build your own with Arduino?

@salmanfaris yes..istarted building the setup first for a mobile phone and it was a 900° setup,i set it up using different eatio gears as to get the 900°angle...and now I've setup one for pc games as most of the games have mouse steering,so i set it up with that but the position or the centering of the steering wheel is not perfect and the experience is being affected..and by the way your session today with IEDC was great as you shared a possibility for me..😊☺️

@vipin-i-v Yeah, better to follow any of the open projects and build one, then you got a basic idea about how things are working together to achieve the goals, then we can start building our own.

If you have any favourite "Gaming steering wheel setup" project, please share.

                        • In general, the 8085 is an 8-bit microprocessor that was introduced by the Intel team in 1976 using NMOS technology. The microprocessor has been updated with this processor. The 8085 microprocessor has the following configurations: data bus (8 bits), address bus (16 bits), programme counter (16 bits), stack pointer (16 bits), registers (8 bits), +5V voltage supply, and operates at 3.2 MHz single segment CLK. Microwave ovens, washing machines, and other electronic devices use the 8085 microprocessor. The 8085 microprocessor has the following characteristics:
This microprocessor is an 8-bit device that receives, operates, or outputs 8-bit data in a parallel manner.
The processor has 16-bit and 8-bit address and data lines, so the device has 216 bytes of memory, or 64KB.
This is made up of a single NMOS chip device with 6200 transistors.
There are 246 operational codes and 80 instructions in total.
Because the 8085 microprocessor has 8-bit input/output address lines, it can address up to 28 = 256 input and output ports.
This microprocessor is available in a DIP package of 40 pins
In order to transfer huge information from I/O to memory and from memory to I/O, the processor shares its bus with the DMA controller.

                        • Hi @Vipin-I-V ,

This seems to be an interesting project.

                          Please share the development here...

I was thinking of something similar, but not for gaming. Won't it be cool to have the Ctrl, Cmd & Alt keys as pedals? Please share your thoughts & insights.

                        • @mkgrmabhinand Hi, It Looks like you didn't install the NodeJS on your computer, or didn't add the PATH correctly in the environment variables.

Could you confirm that you installed the Node JS in your computer from the .exe or .msi installation files?

If not and if you want to run Node-RED, you need to install recommended NodeJS version 14.x and you can download the version here .
